First Login Instructions

To log in to the website for the first time, please follow these instructions:

Member Number:
Member Number - Membership Suffix
Example for Primary: 12345-1(include dash)
Example for Secondary: 12345-2(include dash)

Your member number is your member account number, including your membership suffix. The membership suffix is the dash and one digit number that follows your account number in our billing system.

Password:
your last name (all lowercase)

Once you log in, please update your password by following the instructions.
