  • How do I log into the Treviso Bay website the first time?
      1. Go to www.tpctrevisobay.com
      2. Click "Member Login" in the upper right
      3. Your username is your account number followed by a 0 (for primary) or 1 (for the secondary)

        EXAMPLE: For account number 21456, the primary Member on the account would use 214560 as the username. The secondary on the account would use 214561 as the username.

      4. Your password is your last name in all lowercase.
      5. Upon your first login to the new Treviso Bay website, you will be prompted to create a permanent username and password for future website visits.

  • What if I forgot my website username and/or password?
      1. Go to www.tpctrevisobay.com
      2. Click "Member Login" in the upper right
      3. On the login screen, click "Forgot Password"
      4. Choose the "forgot username" or the "forgot password" option.
      5. Enter your email address.
      6. If you forgot your username, your username will be emailed to your email address.
      7. If you forgot your password, you will receive a password reset email. Please follow through the steps to reset your password.

  • How can I access the Treviso Bay mobile app?
    • Treviso Bay has a mobile app that provides all of the features available on the Treviso Bay website on the following devices:  Apple iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch with iOS 8.0 or later; and Android devices with 4.0.3 or later. 

      How to Begin Using the Treviso Bay Mobile App

      1. Download the mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play



      2. When you open the mobile app for the first time, you will log in using the same username and password you use to log in to the Treviso Bay Members website.

  • How can I update my information in the Online Member Directory?
    • The Online Member Directory on the Treviso Bay website is a convenient way to keep your information updated and, if you choose, share it with fellow Members. Many Treviso Bay Members have expressed interest in being able to more easily contact fellow Members within the community, so we encourage you to update your contact information and make visible to other Members in the directory! Please note that the the Online Member Directory can only be accessed by Treviso Bay Members.

      How to Update Your DIRECTORY Information

      1. Log in to www.tpctrevisobay.com
      2. Click on "My Profile"
      3. Review and update your directory information on this page.
      4. When you're finished, click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page.



      How to UPDATE Your Directory Visibility Settings

      Currently, only your first and last name are visible to other Members. The visibility of your information contained in Treviso Bay's online member directory may be changed at any time. To change the visibility of your information in the online member directory:

      1. Log in to www.tpctrevisobay.com
      2. Click on "My Profile"
      3. Put a check in the box(es) to the right side of the information you would like visible in the directory to other Members. Or un-check the box(es) for the information you would prefer to not be visible to other Members.
      4. When you're finished, click the "Save Changes" at the bottom page.

  • How can I sign up to receive text message alerts from Treviso Bay?
    • Enroll in the text message alert program to receive the following text message alerts from Treviso Bay:
       

      • Community Text Message Alerts – Text message alerts of special landscaping applications, landscaping schedules, garbage/recycle collection, gatehouse, etc.
      • Emergency Weather Conditions Text Message Alerts - Text message alerts of hurricanes, severe weather, flooding, etc.
      • Facility Updates/Closings Text Message Alerts - Text message alerts of facility updates and/or closings related to pool, dining, tennis, pickleball, fitness, etc.
       
       

      How to Enroll

      1. Mobile Number Registration
        1. Log in to www.tpctrevisobay.com
        2. Click on My Profile 
        3. Scroll down to "Text Messaging Address" and click "Edit."
        4. Select your cell phone service provider in the drop-down menu and enter your 10-digit phone number (no spaces or dashes).
        5. Within a few seconds, you'll receive a confirmation code via text message on your mobile device.
        6. Enter the confirmation code into the website dialogue box to complete the registration of your mobile phone number.
      2. Opt in to Receive Text Alerts - Once you’ve completed the above steps to register your mobile number for text messages, you may now select the types of text alerts you’d like to receive from Treviso Bay by following the following steps:
        1. Log in to www.tpctrevisobay.com
        2. Under the "My Club" section of the website, select Communication Preferences.
        3. Put a check in the box(es) for the types of text alerts you’d like to receive.
        4. Click the "Update Opt In Groups" button to save your preferences.
  • How can I choose which types of email communications to receive from Treviso Bay?
    • Set your email preferences to receive the following updates from Treviso Bay: fitness, tennis, pickleball and bocce.

      1. Log in to www.tpctrevisobay.com
      2. Under the "My Club" section of the website, select Communication Preferences.
      3. Put a check in the box(es) for the types of emails you’d like to receive.
      4. Click the "Update Opt In Groups" button to save your preferences.

       
      Please note that all Members will receive Treviso Bay events, news and updates via email.


  • How can I make dining and event reservations online?
    • Online dining reservations are available on the Treviso Bay member website for a la carte dining reservations and special events at the Treviso Bay clubhouse. Online reservations open 30 days in advance.

       
      On the Treviso Bay Website:

      1. Log in to www.tpctrevisobay.com
      2. There are two ways to access Treviso Bay's online line reservations system:
        • Under the "Social & Dining" section, select Online Dining Reservations.
        • Select the Event Calendar on the Members homepage (or under the "My Club" section), and click on an event to view event details and online registration

       
      On the Treviso Bay mobile app:

      1. Open the Treviso Bay mobile app from your smartphone or tablet
      2. Tap the "Dining Reservations" button
  • How can I book a tennis, pickleball or bocce court online?
    • Online court reservations are available on the Treviso Bay website for booking courts for singles or doubles play for 30, 60 or 90 minutes, and for booking the tennis court ball machine online. Online court reservations open seven (7) days in advance.
       

      On the Treviso Bay Website:

      1. Log in to www.tpctrevisobay.com
      2. Under the "Recreational Sports" section of the website, select one of the three options:

      1. Open the Treviso Bay mobile app from your smartphone or tablet
      2. Tap the "Court Reservations" button
  • How can I sign up online for tennis and pickleball classes?
    • Online registration is available on the Treviso Bay website for registering online for tennis and pickleball clinics, round robins and classes. Online registration for tennis and pickleball classes opens seven (7) days in advance.

      On the Treviso Bay website:

      1. Log in to www.tpctrevisobay.com
      2. Under the "Recreational Sports" section, select Recreational Sports Calendar
      3. Click on a clinic to view details and online registration

       

      On the Treviso Bay mobile app:

      1. Open the Treviso Bay mobile app from your smartphone or tablet
      2. Tap "Menu" in the upper right and tap the "Recreational Sports Calendar" option
